2 Year Olds

Our youngest children attend the Orange Class. We learn while we play; our days are spent singing, reading, playing, and dancing. The alphabet, numbers to 10, shapes, and colors are introduced. We work on fine and gross motor skills. A lot of changes take place in our class as our little ones grow and learn to be preschoolers.

3 Year Olds

The Green Class is comprised of the younger three year-olds and focuses on manners and self-help skills. We also work on our alphabet, numbers, and beginning writing skills. We have a lot of fun with music and science, such as the life cycle of a butterfly.

The older 3’s, in the Yellow Classroom, explore a fun and energizing environment. We focus on manners, letters, sounds, and numbers. We have fun with science through exploratory activities such as making snow, learning about shadows, and even making ice!

Pre-K (4s and 5s)

4 Year Olds

Here at Tiny Tots, the Blue Room keeps quite busy! We enjoy weekly units that allow exploration through play, songs, learning activities, and physical movements. Our classroom is divided into 7 learning centers that allow for creativity and social interaction throughout the day.

5 Year Olds

The Red Classroom offers a language-rich, hands-on environment that builds children’s confidence toward success in kindergarten using the Virginia Standards of Learning. Energetic lessons engage children for optimal spiritual, academic, social, and emotional learning while enhancing personal ownership of their learning and behavior.
